We are a mobile electric vehicle charging service. We want to provide an EV charging solution that is affordable, efficient, and convenient for you.

How can I place an order?

You may place an order using our easy-to-use booking system here. When ordering, you will need to provide your location, vehicle information, and payment method. Once completed, a Jooser Charge Technician will be on their way to meet you.

What happens to my vehicle?

A Jooser Charge Technician will meet you wherever your EV is located. Kindly ensure that the charging door is in an open position prior to the arrival of the Technician.

How do I know when my vehicle has been fully charged?

Once our Technician has completed your charge, a notification will be sent to you.

How much does it cost?

We offer Level 3 Charging for 30 or 60 minutes. Pricing is $44.99 and $64.99 respectively. Additionally, you may add an extra 15 minutes of charge time for $10.00.

What are my payment options?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apply Pay, and PayPal.

Can Jooser charge up any electric vehicle?

Yes! Our state of the art generating equipment has a CCS1, Chademo, and J1772 charging cable for all different kinds of brands and models.

What if I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order after 30 minutes, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $12.99.

Why is my car being charged up to 80%?

Charging EVs past 80% accelerates battery degradation due to increased stress and wear on lithium-ion batteries. Limiting the charge helps extend battery lifespan and maintain capacity. Additionally, stopping at 80% balances convenience with battery longevity, optimizing both health and charging time.

How long does it take to charge my vehicle?

Charge times will vary based on your EV’s make and model, battery capacity, and current state of charge.
